Both on-line payment methods get your funds securely from your accounts to ours. We provide the choice, should you have preferences for one method versus the other.
Paypal charges us more for each transaction, but the funds arrive in our account faster. Paypal offers more choices in types of payment.
JustGive is a Donor Assistance Fund as defined by the IRS. It's role is to facilitate the collection of donations by providing a secure method for smaller organizations like ours. Donations through JustGive can be made anonymously.
In either case, our organization doesn't retain any of your charge information. We rely on those sites to pass us both the funds and the information about the donor. They do not pass credit card, bank account or other financial institution data to us, nor do we obtain any of this information.
For your safety, after clicking on one of these buttons, your web-browser should indicate that you are now connected using 128-bit SSL encryption. This process has a third party verify that the site you are connected to is actually the intended site (that is, if you clicked PayPal, you want to know that it is the real PayPal, not someone pretending to be PayPal). After you have checked that the site is trusted, you are now assured that you are communicating directly with one of two organizations that pride themselves in keeping their user experience safe.
